Rita's Story

Rita is a business incubator. Working at technology companies from startups to Fortune 500 market leaders, she maximizes company performance by creating markets and new product categories, successfully leveraging partners and channels to improve revenue streams, and launching new technology and products that move industries forward.

Her relentless ability to improve and navigate challenging organizational shifts makes Rita an impactful change agent. She is a motivational leader well-versed in adapting and leading in today’s rapidly evolving and increasingly global business environment. At companies including OpenText, MuleSoft (Salesforce), GE Healthcare, and IBM, Rita has launched new organizations within global operations that foster innovation, first-of-a-kind products, and nurtured valuable partnerships for major scale initiatives.

Rita holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Illinois and an MBA in International Business from DePaul University. An advocate of working mothers, women in tech, and creating a work/life balance, Rita is always hungry to expand her mind, mentoring and empowering others to do the same.
